Remove the phone call from routine deliveries

If your clinic, lab, or pharmacy moves something on a predictable schedule — a daily specimen run, a weekday pharmacy delivery, a weekly supply transfer — a scheduled route usually makes more sense than requesting a pickup each time. TyVia builds recurring routes around your facility's actual hours, cut-off times, and volume, so a courier shows up at an agreed window without anyone on your staff needing to call it in.

Scheduled routes are available anywhere within Whatcom and Skagit counties, connecting locations in Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Blaine, Mount Vernon, and Burlington. Many of our recurring customers combine two or three stops — for example, a pharmacy and two long-term care facilities — into a single route.

Setting up a route

Start by telling us what you move: your locations, typical weekly volume, preferred pickup windows, and any handling requirements specific to what you're shipping. We propose route timing and pricing based on those specific stops rather than a generic rate card, since a single-stop daily pickup and a multi-stop route with several time-sensitive windows are genuinely different jobs.

Once the arrangement is confirmed in writing — including service terms, billing, and your point of contact at TyVia — the route begins on the agreed schedule. If your volume or hours change later, the route can be adjusted; you're not locked into the original plan indefinitely.

Multiple pickups per day and on-demand runs alongside a route

Where your cut-off times or volume require it, we can build in more than one pickup window per day at a given location. And a scheduled route doesn't replace on-demand service — you can still request a one-off pickup or an urgent STAT run between scheduled stops without setting anything new up, since your account is already established with us.

Billing and communication for recurring accounts

Recurring service is billed on an agreed schedule — weekly or monthly, depending on your arrangement — rather than transaction by transaction, which simplifies accounting for organizations with ongoing volume. You also get a direct point of contact at TyVia for questions, changes, or exceptions, instead of routing every question through a general call center.

Common questions

Answered directly — call (360) 383-5945 if you don't see what you need.

How do we start a scheduled route?

Submit a quote request with your locations, volume, and preferred pickup windows, or contact us to open a business account. We confirm what we can support before service begins.

Can a route change after it starts?

Yes. Routes are adjusted as your schedule or volume changes — you have one point of contact at TyVia for those changes.

Can we still request an urgent pickup outside our scheduled route?

Yes. Scheduled accounts can request one-off or STAT pickups between route stops at any time.
