Trained handling

Couriers complete bloodborne pathogens and HIPAA training before handling healthcare shipments.

What we do and don't claim

TyVia does not currently advertise temperature-controlled transportation and does not guarantee a specific temperature range.
UN3373 / Category B training is not yet published as complete. Contact TyVia before scheduling shipments that require it.
Documented chain-of-custody procedures are being standardized; discuss custody documentation requirements with us in advance.
